This application relates to the field of
industrial gas cylinder storage, and in particular to a
gas cylinder storage rack that is easy to transport. The rack includes a
metal frame and a
metal door. The
metal frame is a hollow structure formed by a first frame, a connecting frame, and a second frame
assembly, all fixedly connected. The first frame includes an upper frame and crossbeams. Hanging plates are provided on the crossbeams for fixing the main
pipe and enabling centralized control of the gas valve. The connecting frame includes columns, horizontal beams, metal plates, and crossbars to
restrict horizontal and vertical displacement of the gas cylinders. The second frame includes a lower frame and a support frame. Rubber pads are laid on the surface of the support frame and fixed by positioning posts on its upper surface to
cushion the gas cylinders during placement. Casters are provided at the four corners of the lower frame to reduce movement resistance, allowing a single person to push the
gas cylinder storage rack for easy transport. The metal door is locked by a fixing seat on the column, a latch, and a bolt, reducing
gas cylinder slippage during transport.
