The invention relates to an all-in-one water-borne inorganic-organic hybrid architectural coating and a preparation method thereof, wherein the all-in-one water-borne inorganic-organic hybrid architectural coating is prepared by taking a compounded product of a water-borne inorganic film-forming matter and an organic polymer emulsion as a base material through the steps of adding various pigments / fillers and auxiliaries into the base material, then carrying out beating, grinding and paint mixing on the obtained mixture. In the invention, through a Si-O-Si polymer net structure which can be formed by compounding alkali metal silicates and small-particle-size silica sols in the process of film forming, the early water resistance of a paint film is greatly increased, and the eventual hardness, scraping resistance and stain resistance of the paint film are greatly increased; and through adding the organic polymer emulsion, the film-forming performance of the coating can be improved, and the defects that the traditional two-component inorganic coating is easy to crack, bad in decorative properties, poor in storage stability, and the like are overcome. The coating prepared by using the method disclosed by the invention has various functions of environmental friendliness, non-toxicity, thermal insulation, ultra scrubbing resistance, abrasion resistance, yellowing resistance, ageing resistance, fouling resistance, good air permeability, sound insulation, and the like.

The user entity (UE) is being adapted to transmit data packets and associating a third signal (HAPPY, 7) and the user entity (UE) is being adapted to transmit data packets and associating a fourth signal (NOT HAPPY, 1, 9) with the data packet transmission indicating the user entity wishing to being granted permission to use a higher signalling rate than it is currently being permitted to use by the serving node (B1). The user entity is being adapted for issuing a signalling rate limitation signal (UE RATE LMT, 9) to the serving node, indicating the user entity having limited its signalling rate signal below the signalling rate granted to it by the serving node B. There is moreover provided a method for a Node B, which as a non-serving Node B (B2) is transmitting on the E-RGCH, a situation signal (E-RGCH CEASE 14, 15′) being indicative of a cease ceased 9″ of an interference situation.

Electric heating pipe and manufacturing method thereof

The invention relates to an electrothermal pipe, which comprises a metal case and a heat generating wire arranged in the metal case. An insulating layer is arranged between the heat generating wire and the inner wall of the metal case, both ends of the heat generating wire are connected with an electrode leading stick, and the heat generating wire is wrapped on a heat-resistant fiber core. The insulating layer can be an insulating fiber braid, a mica paper braid, a glass cloth or a heat-resistant insulating fiber sleeve pipe. The method for manufacturing the invention mainly comprises the procedures that (a) the heat generating wire is wrapped on the heat-resistant fiber core, (b) the insulating layer is wrapped or sheathed out of the heat generating wire, (c) the metal case is sheath out of the insulating layer for forming a semi-finished product, (d) the semi-finished product is made into a finished product with various pipe diameters by flattening or pipe contracting technology. The invention has the advantages that pipe diameter is petty, the electrothermal pipe with high voltage and low power is conveniently produced, and simultaneously, heat energy utilization of the electrothermal pipe is also enhanced. During the producing preparation process of products, generation of dusts can be greatly reduced or avoided for environmental protection production.

The method comprises the following steps: taking a hardened bearing steel annular part, and clamping the hardened bearing steel annular part with a clamp; carrying out rough grinding flattening on the surface to be detected of the detected sample piece through using a grinder; carrying out manual fine grinding on the surface to be detected of the rough grinding qualified detected sample piece through using metallographic sand paper; mechanically polishing the fine grinding qualified detected sample piece on a polisher; coating the surface to be detected of the mechanical polishing qualified detected sample piece with an eroding liquid to carry out erosion; and preheating the surface to be detected of the eroded detected sample piece, observing the surface to be detected by using an SEM (scanning electron microscope), and measuring the microstructure of the surface to be detected of the detected sample piece and shooting the photograph of the microstructure of the surface under the SEM. The method has the advantages of maximization of the grinding efficiency and the grinding quality, realization of high definition of the surface microstructure detection of the produced sample piece, and obtaining of a real result of the observed surface microstructure.
