The invention relates to a metallurgical special
waste gas treatment device which comprises a base. A
barrel is arranged on the base, and a buffer structure is arranged on the inner wall of the
barrel. An inlet is formed in one side of the bottom of the
barrel and connected with a pressurizing cavity, a gas inlet
pipe is arranged on the pressurizing cavity, and a one-way valve is arranged on the inlet and the gas inlet
pipe and connected with a flow meter. The gas inlet
pipe extends to the outside of the barrel, the pressurizing cavity is connected with a
combustion cavity through a pressurizing pipe, and an igniter is arranged on the inner wall of the
combustion cavity. An ash outlet is formed in the bottom of the
combustion cavity, a valve is arranged on the ash outlet, an
exhaust pipe is arranged at the top of the combustion cavity, and the
exhaust pipe is connected with a feeding port of a cooling device. The cooling device is fixed inside the barrel, the cooling device is connected with a filtering device through a pipeline, an air outlet is formed in the top of the filtering device, and the air outlet extends to the outer side of the barrel.
