The invention relates to a functional paint, particularly an anticorrosion paint for cutters, which comprises a basic paint and an organic silicon resin in a volume ratio of 1:(0.5-4), wherein the basic paint comprises the following components in percentage by volume: 5-25% of pH regulator, 0.001-0.7% of functional catalyst and the balance of siloxane composition. The functional catalyst is a catalyst containing carbon powder; and the functional catalyst comprises the following components in percentage by volume: 20-60% of zirconate, 1-15% of acetylacetone and the balance of isopropanol. The siloxane composition comprises the following components in percentage by volume: 7-25% of diphenyldimethoxysiloxane, 7-15% of methyltrimethoxysiloxane, 1-5% of gamma-glycidol ether oxypropyltrimethoxysilane, 7-10% of phenyltrimethoxysiloxane and the balance of propylene glycol monomethyl ether. The zirconate, acetylacetone and isopropanol form a space cross-linked structure, thereby being beneficial to controlling the performance of the mild reaction. Compared with the technique of using the single zirconate catalyst, the invention can better control the reaction rate.
