This invention provides a
disinfectant raw material filling and conveying device, relating to the field of
disinfectant filling technology. The device includes a filling shell and further includes: a transport limiting mechanism located at the bottom of the inner side of the filling shell for transporting the bottles used for filling; and a filling storage chamber located at the top of the inner side of the filling shell. This
disinfectant raw material filling and conveying device, by incorporating a following mechanism, uses a
prism shaft to drive the traveling belt to operate in strict synchronization with the transport limiting mechanism. This ensures that the filling tube
assembly moves dynamically with the
bottle, maintaining alignment throughout the process. It completely eliminates the drawbacks of frequent start-stop operations in traditional linear filling and misalignment of the fixed head in rotary filling, achieving uninterrupted continuous filling operations, significantly improving production efficiency. Simultaneously, the absence of
relative displacement throughout the process effectively avoids
bottle shaking, tilting, and collisions, greatly reducing equipment failure rates and
bottle wear, and significantly enhancing
operational stability and reliability.
