A cutting element for use in drilling subterranean formations. The cutting element includes a superabrasive table mounted to a supporting substrate. The superabrasive table includes a two-dimensional cutting face having a cutting edge along at least a portion of its periphery, and a first surface extending forwardly and inwardly from a location radially interior of the cutting edge at a first angle of orientation with respect to the longitudinal axis of the cutting element. The cutting face also includes at least a second surface located between the first surface and the cutting edge and oriented at a different, greater angle to the longitudinal axis than the angle of orientation of the first surface.

In a method and apparatus for data retention, a first latch latches a data input and a second latch that is coupled to the first latch retains the data input while the first latch is inoperative in a standby power mode. The second latch includes a second latch inverter having an inverter input and an inverter output. A switching circuit, which may be implemented as a tristate inverter, is coupled to the inverter output, the inverter input, and a retention signal. The switching circuit is operable in the standby power mode to assert a logic state at the inverter input responsive to the retention signal. The logic state is in accordance with the data input retained in the standby power mode. A standby power source is operable to provide power in the standby power mode to the second latch inverter, the switching circuit and the retention input.

A semiconductor device may include a first-type substrate. The semiconductor device may further include a second-type well configured to form a PN junction with the first-type substrate. The semiconductor device may further include a diode component configured to form a diode with the second-type well. The diode may be connected to the PN junction in a reverse series connection. A sense amplifier latch that is operable to interface with high common-mode input voltages with wide ranges for all process variations. The sense amplifier latch comprises a cross-coupled latch having first and second rail signals; a pre-charge device; an equalization device; pass devices for enabling input devices to receive pad and reference inputs. In the present invention, the input devices comprise push-pull impedance dividers are used to preserve the input difference voltage while dramatically lowering the common-mode output voltage. The present invention relates to a method for preparing graphene from a biomass-derived carbonaceous mesophase, which includes: soaking a base substance into an ethanol solution of a biomass-derived carbonaceous mesophase; after a certain period of time, taking out and drying the base substance, a layer of biomass-derived carbonaceous mesophase film being attached to the surface of the base substance; subjecting the base substance to a heat treatment under the protection of a hydrogen atmosphere, then a stacked graphene film was formed on the surface of the base substance; and further subjecting the base substance to ultrasonic dispersion in an alcohol solvent to separate the graphene film and the base substance, then a graphene alcosol was formed. The preparation process of the present invention is easy to implement. The raw material biomass-derived carbonaceous mesophase has abundant sources and is low in cost. The preparation process has low energy consumption, and is applicable to mass production. The obtained graphene film and graphene alcosol can be used in solar cells, nano-electronic devices, sensors, and so on, and have broad market prospects.

A plurality of fuel cells are stacked together. Current collectors are stacked on the fuel cells at opposite ends in a stacking direction of said fuel cells, and heating members are stacked on the outside of said current collectors. In a normal operating condition, electricity is delivered through the current collectors. When the temperature of end cells is lowered, a switching operation is performed to stop delivering electricity through the current collectors and start delivering electricity through the heating members.

This material is composed of propylene polymer and ethylene copolymer which is obtained by copolymerizing ethylene with alpha olefin or diolefin, wherein: the molar content of alpha olefin or diolefin in the ethylene copolymer is 0%˜60%, and the ethylene copolymer is 3˜80% by weight of the polyolefin composite material; the polyolefin composite material is in particle form, and the ethylene copolymer has a molecular weight distribution of 1˜6 and a glass transition temperature of −80˜0° C.; and the ethylene copolymer produced in the reaction is dispersed homogeneously in the propylene polymer particles to form the polyolefin composite material.

Lead frame connectors for connecting optical sub-assemblies to printed circuit boards in optical transceiver modules. The lead frame connectors include a stamped and bent conductive lead structure that is encased in an insert injection molded plastic casing. The plastic casing provides electrical insulation for the conductors in the lead frame as well as mechanical support for the finished component. The lead frame connectors connect to the leads associated with the optical sub-assemblies and are surface mounted onto the printed circuit board to establish connectivity between the optical sub-assembly and the printed circuit board. The lead frame assemblies are generally more reliable and less expensive than using flexible printed circuit board structures to establish electrical connectivity between optical sub-assemblies and transceiver printed circuit boards.
