The invention discloses a water boiling device, which comprises a water tank, an
electric heating element, ultrasonic generators, a high-
water level probe, a low-
water level probe, a temperature controller, a faucet, a water inlet, a drain outlet, an exhaust hole, a controller and a support, wherein the water tank has a hollow structure made of stainless steel or aluminum
alloy and is arranged on the support; one
ultrasonic generator is arranged on the wall of the water tank and extends into a
water body, or a plurality of ultrasonic generators are distributed on the outer wall of the water tank; the ultrasonic generators transmit ultrasonic
waves with the frequency of between 20 and 40kHz and the power of between 200 and 1,000W; and the
electric heating element is fixed on the water tank. According to the water boiling device, energy generated by the ultrasonic generators is transferred to 12 water molecular groups, so that the water molecular groups are converted into small micro (small) water molecular groups; the water boiling device is descaled by utilizing the ultrasonic
waves; and after the water boiling device runs for 15 days, a scaling layer on the boundary surface of the
electric heating element is only 0.001 millimeters, and the middle part of the electric
heating element is still kept smooth, so the aims of scale prevention and descaling are well fulfilled.
