The invention provides a plane cascade experiment device capable of independently adjusting a mounting angle. The plane cascade experiment device comprises an upper grid plate, a lower grid plate, a first spacing column, a second spacing column, blades, an upper rotating disc, an upper pressing plate, a lower rotating disc and a lower pressing plate. An operation tool acts on the operation hole to enable the upper rotating disc to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise, when the upper rotating disc rotates, the upper pressing plate is driven to rotate synchronously through the first screw and the second screw, and when the upper rotating disc rotates to a required angle, the first screw and the second screw are screwed down, so that the position of the upper rotating disc is fixed. The independent adjustment of the mounting angle of each blade can be independently realized through the independent mounting angle adjusting unit, so that the cost is effectively saved; the pressing plate, the rotating disc and the grid plate which are specially designed are adopted, on one hand, the blade angle can be flexibly adjusted in the clockwise or anticlockwise direction; and on the other hand, the position of the turntable is fixed firmly and cannot deflect in the wind tunnel experiment process, so that the wind tunnel experiment precision is ensured.
