The high-efficiency alga removal combination material capable of rapidly eliminating algae in water and continuously reducing the alga bloom risk of water is disclosed against abundant growth of alga bloom in water reservoirs, lakes, drinking water sources or scenic water. The high-efficiency alga removal combination material comprises a natural mineral modified material and a removal assistant. The natural mineral modified material mainly comprises zeolite, active carbon, mica powder, kaolin or diatomite and other macro-porous mineral matter powders as raw materials, and can adsorb and co-precipitate alga particles and phosphates through acid modification and function group fixing. The modified material can be added to eutrophic water in an in situ manner, and can also be used in drinking water factories.
