The wave absorbing integrated material is composed of a base material, surface pores and a coating, and is characterized in that the pores are evenly formed in the surface of the base material, and the pore rate is increased along with the increase of the distance from the surface of the base material. The base material is carbon, or silicon carbide or a composite material formed by mixing the carbon and the silicon carbide, the depth of each pore is 1-10mm, the pores account for 5-40% of the area of the surface of the base material, the pores are parallel, or perpendicular to one another, or bent, the cross section of each pore is round, or irregular round, and the diameter of each pore is 0.1-1mm. The coating is a silicon carbide coating, or a silicon nitride coating, or an iron oxide coating, or a multi-layer coating or a trapezoid coating formed by two or more coatings, and the thickness of the coating is 10-100 micro meters. The wave absorbing integrated material has good wave absorbing performance and mechanical property.
