low melting point thermoplastic elastomer to obtain a micro-crosslinked vulcanized rubber with a gel content of not more than 60 wt%; wherein the low-melting-point
elastomer is selected from one or more of EVA, POE, OBC, EPDM and SEBS; and S2, carrying out saturation on the micro-crosslinked vulcanized rubber by adopting a physical
foaming agent, and after saturation equilibrium, carrying out heating or pressure relief to obtain the micro-crosslinked elastomer foaming material. According to the invention, a micro-crosslinking structure is introduced, so that the foaming performanceof the low-melting-point
thermoplastic elastomer is greatly improved, the foaming interval of the material is effectively widened, the foaming ratio and
thermal stability of the elastomer are increased, the permanent deformation of foam is reduced, the size stability of the foam is better, and the application requirements in the field of
cushioning products such as shoe insoles are met; and meanwhile, the elastomer foam also has melting recoverability.
