Micro-crosslinking elastomer foaming material as well as preparation method and application thereof

ActiveCN111019183AImprove foaming performanceWiden the foam rangePolymer chemistryElastomer
The invention provides a micro-crosslinked elastomer foaming material, and a preparation method and an application thereof, the method comprises the following steps: S1, carrying out a crosslinking reaction on a low melting point thermoplastic elastomer to obtain a micro-crosslinked vulcanized rubber with a gel content of not more than 60 wt%; wherein the low-melting-point elastomer is selected from one or more of EVA, POE, OBC, EPDM and SEBS; and S2, carrying out saturation on the micro-crosslinked vulcanized rubber by adopting a physical foaming agent, and after saturation equilibrium, carrying out heating or pressure relief to obtain the micro-crosslinked elastomer foaming material. According to the invention, a micro-crosslinking structure is introduced, so that the foaming performanceof the low-melting-point thermoplastic elastomer is greatly improved, the foaming interval of the material is effectively widened, the foaming ratio and thermal stability of the elastomer are increased, the permanent deformation of foam is reduced, the size stability of the foam is better, and the application requirements in the field of cushioning products such as shoe insoles are met; and meanwhile, the elastomer foam also has melting recoverability.

Bacteriostatic nontoxic hydrogel dressing and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a bacteriostatic nontoxic hydrogel dressing and a preparation method thereof. The hydrogel dressing comprises a hydrogel matrix and a bacteriostatic agent, and the bacteriostatic and nontoxic hydrogel dressing is prepared from the hydrogel matrix and the bacteriostatic agent through physical crosslinking. The hydrogel matrix is polyvinyl alcohol or agarose, and the bacteriostatic agent is bacteriostatic peptide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, weighing the hydrogel matrix, pouring into a container, adding deionized water, stirring until the medicine is completely dissolved, and stopping heating to obtain a hydrogel matrix solution; S2, after the hydrogel matrix solution obtained in the step S1 is cooled to room temperature, adding antibacterial peptide, and stirring; after bubbles in the product disappear, freezing for 10-12 hours, and unfreezing to obtain antibacterial peptide hydrogel; and S3, after one side of the hydrogel is coated with an outer layer film, pasting release paper, and shearing to obtain the bacteriostatic and nontoxic hydrogel dressing. The hydrogel dressing prepared by the invention has a relatively good antibacterial effect, is non-toxic and can effectively avoid wound infection.
