The invention which belongs to the technical field of nuclear power concrete especially relates to a nuclear power concrete additive. The nuclear power concrete additive is prepared from the following raw materials, by mass, 30-80% of a polycarboxylic acid water reducer, 10-30% of a polycarboxylic acid slump retaining agent, 1-15% of a retarder, 0-0.5% of a water retaining agent, 0.1-2% of an air entraining agent, 1-20% of a shrinkage reducing agent, 0-0.5% of an antiseptic, 0.05-0.5% of a defoamer, and the balance water. The additive of the invention, which has the functions of concrete workability improvement, retardation (avoiding of cold seams caused by long-time construction), concrete temperature peak value reduction, concrete drying contraction reduction, introduction of minimal steam bubbles into concrete, concrete endurance improvement and the like, allows concrete to satisfy engineering needs.
