The invention discloses hollow glass based on a single-component solventless
hot melt adhesive, the hollow glass comprises inner layer glass, outer layer glass, spacing bars, membrane material interlayers and edge sealing
metal membranes, the spacing bars are packaged between the peripheries of the inner layer glass and the outer layer glass through the
hot melt adhesive, and the peripheries of the membrane material interlayers are respectively adhered to the inner sides of the corresponding spacing bars through the
hot melt adhesive. The membrane material interlayers are used for separating a space between the inner-layer glass and the outer-layer glass, and the edge sealing
metal membrane is adhered to the spacing bar through a
hot melt adhesive and wraps the outer side surfaces of the inner-layer glass and the outer-layer glass on the two sides; the
hot melt adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 to 50 parts of
isocyanate, 60 to 90 parts of
polyester polyol, 10 to 30 parts of polyether
polyol, 0.1 to 5 parts of a chain
extender, 0.1 to 3 parts of a
hydrolysis-resistant agent, 0.1 to 2 parts of an adhesion
promoter, 0.1 to 2 parts of a latent curing agent, 0.1 to 0.5 part of a catalyst and 0.1 to 0.3 part of an
antioxidant. Through cooperation of the optimized structure and the
hot melt adhesive, the heat insulation, sound insulation and barrier properties of the hollow glass are improved, and the hollow glass is light in weight.
