A table may include a table top, a frame and one or more legs that may be movable between extended and collapsed positions relative to the table top. Advantageously, the table top may include a generally planar upper surface and a generally planar lower surface. The lower surface of the table top, however, may include a first lip disposed proximate a first end of the table top and a second lip disposed proximate a second end of the table top. The lower surface may also include mounting members that are sized and configured to allow a frame to be connected to the table top. Desirably, the mounting members allow side rails of a frame to be attached to the table top and at least a portion of the side rails are disposed between the first and second lips. This may allow at least a portion of the frame to be exposed and visible when the table is being used.

Preferably, the polymeric body comprises a first polymeric material such as Techothane® or Polysulfone® encasing the terminals except the bore and an epoxy as a second polymeric material molded over the first polymeric material.

A seamless ball structure, particularly suitable for balls used in different ball games, such as soccer, volleyball and basketball, includes an inner bladder, and an inner yarn layer, an emulsion layer and an outer cover layer sequentially provided on an outer surface of the inner bladder from inner to outer side. The emulsion layer inwardly permeates into voids among the yarns of the inner yarn layer. The outer cover layer is attached at an inner fabric layer thereof to an outer surface of the emulsion layer. The emulsion layer being heated and pressurized is in an adhering state to sufficiently tightly attach to the inner yarn layer and the outer cover layer, giving the ball so formed an increased structural strength. The ball can be easily and quickly manufactured at reduced manufacturing cost to thereby provide an improved ball structure that does not require any sewing with threads.

A sample collection substrate of aerogel and / or xerogel materials bound to a support structure is used as a solid phase microextraction (SPME) device. The xerogels and aerogels may be organic or inorganic and doped with metals or other compounds to target specific chemical analytes. The support structure is typically formed of a glass fiber or a metal wire (stainless steel or kovar). The devices are made by applying gel solution to the support structures and drying the solution to form aerogel or xerogel. Aerogel particles may be attached to the wet layer before drying to increase sample collection surface area. These devices are robust, stable in fields of high radiation, and highly effective at collecting gas and liquid samples while maintaining superior mechanical and thermal stability during routine use. Aerogel SPME devices are advantageous for use in GC / MS analyses due to their lack of interfering background and tolerance of GC thermal cycling.

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a zinc oxide-cellulose nanocrystalline composite fiber film with the antibacterial characteristic and the photocatalytic degradation characteristic at the same time. The method includes the steps of enabling microcrystalline cellulose to be reacted for 5 hours to 10 hours under the 40 DEG C-95 DEG C mixed acid condition, adjusting the pH value to seven after the reaction is finished, and obtaining cellulose nanocrystalline powder; (2) preparing suspension liquid with the powder, mixing the suspension liquid with a zinc salt water solution, dropwise adding a sodium hydroxide solution at 30 DEG C to 95 DEG C, stirring to enable the mixture to be reacted for 5 min to 60 min after drop adding is finished, and carrying out washing and drying to obtain cellulose nanocrystalline-zinc oxide hybrid materials; (3) adding the materials and PHBV into organic solvents, raising the temperature to range 30 DEG C to 80 DEG C, and obtaining an electrostatic spinning solution; (4) carrying out electrostatic spinning on the electrostatic spinning solution, and obtaining the zinc oxide-cellulose nanocrystalline composite fiber film. According to the method, the preparing process is simple, and the obtained fiber film is a multifunctional full biodegradation product and has the antibacterial characteristic and the photocatalytic degradation characteristic.

The capillary tube comprises a tube structure, and a deactivated surface-bonded sol-gel coating on a surface of the tube structure to form a stationary phase coating on that surface of the tube structure. According to the present invention the deactivated stationary phase sol-gel coating enables separation of analytes while minimizing adsorption of analytes on the separation column structure.
