By the adoption of the structure, mud on the ground cannot be splashed to the body of a worker during tamping, so that the reliability of the equipment is improved, the function of fixing the position of the equipment is achieved through the stabilizing mechanism, the probability that tamping is affected by position deviation during tamping is reduced, and therefore the reliability of the equipment is improved.
