The invention discloses a low-temperature-resistant super-tough halogen-free flame-retardant nylon alloy and a preparation method thereof. The nylon alloy comprises, in weight percent, 50-80% of nylonresin, 10-20% of toughening agents, 2-10% of reinforcing agents, 5-10% of flame retardants, 0.1-1% of antioxidants, 0.2-2% of light stabilizers, 1-3% of flame-retardant synergist and 1-3% of processing additives. The flame resistance of the nylon alloy can reach grade V0, the tensile strength is higher than 70MPa, simply-supported beam notch impact strength can reach 70KJ/m<2> at indoor temperature, and the strength can reach 20KJ/m<2> at low temperature. The flame resistance, the tensile property and the impact property of products are effectively balanced, comprehensive performances are good, and the nylon alloy effectively meets the use requirements of special engineering plastics for low temperature resistance in Chinese alpine regions and other extreme environments and can be widelyapplied to the fields of automobiles, electronics, machinery, rail traffic, sports equipment and the like.
