Implementation method and structure of high-linearity microwave photonic link based on photonic neural network

The invention relates to the field of microwave photon transmission, and discloses an implementation method and structure of a high-linearity microwave photonic link based on photonic neural network.The method comprises the following steps: processing a radio-frequency signal source through a strength modulation link, and inputting the processed radio-frequency signal source into N micro-loop filters, wherein N is an integer being larger than 1; performing neutral network training on the weight coefficients of the N micro-loop filters; and performing modulation and linear superposition on N electric signals output by the N micro-loop filters to construct the high-linear microwave photonic link. According to the method, a reverse link transmission function is built by the photonic neural network, and the high-linearity microwave photonic link is realized through a back compensation concept, so that the system structure is simplified remarkably. Through a BP training algorithm, a systemcan work under a non-cooperative environment, has broadband (such as THz), real-time and low-power processing capabilities, and is highly compatible with an existing microwave photonic link. The invention also discloses an implementation structure of the high-linearity microwave photonic link based on the photonic neural network.

Dielectric resonator filter antenna

The invention discloses a dielectric resonator filter antenna. The antenna is fed from the bottom part through microstrip-coupled slots and simultaneously stimulates three modes to generate a wide radiation passband; and a wedge-shaped dielectric resonator antenna is stimulated by a pair of interval slots to improve the gain. An open circuit branch of a feed microstrip line can provide two radiation zero points close to the edge of the passband; parasitic microstrip lines are added to two sides of the feed microstrip line in parallel to improve the out-of-band rejection level of a high-frequency stop band; and the coupled slots are separated from the middle to improve the out-of-band rejection level of a low-frequency stop band. The dielectric resonator filter antenna has a quasi-elliptic function band-pass response, is simple in structure and does not utilize a complicated filter circuit. The designed 10dB impedance bandwidth can reach 23%; the band average gain is 9.05dBi; and the out-of-band rejection within a wide stopband range exceeds 25dB. Different bandwidth characteristics (13%-23%) can also be achieved through adjusting the antenna size.
