flue gas temperature at the exit of a secondary deduster >=70 DEG C; the mol ratio of Ca / S is controlled to be 1.0-1.6; the
flue gas residence time is controlled to be 1-3s. The digestive circulating fluid
bed desulfurizer integrates the designs of the pre-dust remover, the
lime slaking reactor and the circulating fluid
bed desulfurizer into a whole and has the functions of pre-dust removal,
lime slaking and desulfurization. By adopting the technology of the invention, the floor area of the
system can be saved and the investment on equipments can be reduced.
