drying the common bletilla tuber slices by using hot air, and carrying out particle pulverization so as to obtain particle-pulverized common bletilla tuber
powder; carrying out separation and extraction, namely adding
purified water into the particle-pulverized common bletilla tuber
powder, carrying out uniform stirring, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 30 minutes, carrying out heating and extracting, separating residues from liquid after completion of the extraction, and
repeatability extracting the residues for more than 3 times so as to obtain extracted liquid materials; concentrating the extract, namely mixing the liquid materials from the various times of extractions so as to obtain a mixture, concentrating the mixture so as to obtain a concentrate, hydrolyzing the concentrate so as to obtain a
hydrolysate, performing decolorizing treatment on the
hydrolysate, and carrying out
centrifugal separation so as to obtain a liquid supernatant; and then, carrying out vacuum freeze-
drying, namely freezing the liquid supernatant so as to have
moisture sublimated, and carrying out high-pressure sterilization so as to obtain common bletilla tuber
powder. The
processing method of the common bletilla tuber crude
medicine is capable of preserving gum components in common bletilla tubers to the maximum extent; and thus, the prepared common bletilla tuber crude medicine is high in
biological activity and high in purity.
