According to the method, the requirements of the user for cold, hot and electric energy are contained in a demand response range, and the method is started from the perspective ofthe industrial user, a reasonable demand response strategy is provided, so that the electric power vacancy is effectively relieved, and the electricity utilization safety and stability of the industrial park are improved; and compared with a traditional demand response strategy, the response modes are diversified, the user side loss is lower, the scheduling cost of a power grid company is less, and win-win between a power grid company and a user side can be achieved.
