The invention provides a roadway surrounding rock
stability test device and method capable of simulating a deep high temperature and
high humidity environment, relating to the technical field of rockmechanics, including a
test chamber, baffles, pressing plates, sliding rails, pressing heads, an
environmental simulation system, a
monitoring system and a hydraulic
system; the
test chamber is placedon a
test bench base, the cross beam of a
test bench is perpendicular to the longitudinal beam, the pressing heads are placed on the cross beam and the longitudinal beam, and an experimental body islaid in the
test chamber; the pressing heads include an upper pressing head, a left pressing head, a right pressing head, a front pressing head and a rear pressing head, the pressing heads move alongthe sliding rails, the pressing heads act on the pressing plates, and the baffle are arranged on the outer sides of the test chamber for restraining the pressing plates; the
monitoring system includesa temperature monitor, a
humidity measuring instrument, a
pressure sensor, a displacement sensor and an
acoustic emission monitor; and the hydraulic
system controls the pressing heads for pressurization. The invention further provides a roadway stability
simulation test method using the device. The
simulation test on the effect of temperature and
humidity on roadway stability is achieved. The invention further has the advantages of simple operation and wide
simulation range.
