The invention relates to a low-loss extra-flexible
coaxial cable with
embossing insulated by physical foaming and wrapped by
copper foil tapes, which successively comprises a central conductor, a physical foaming
polyethylene insulating layer, a wrapped or longitudinally covered
embossing outer conductor layer with
copper foils, and an external protective layer from inside to outside, wherein the outer conductor layer is formed by using the following method: the insulating layer is tightly wrapped by the
copper foils or
copper foil tapes by a wrapped or longitudinally covered way, and then a threaded groove is rolled through spiral
embossing so as to form an outer conductor. Because the outer conductor is formed by the wrapped or longitudinally covered way with the copper foils, the coverage rate of the outer conductor layer is 100 percent, and the shielding performance is extra good; because the outer conductor has an embossing structure, the cable has enough extendable space in the process of bending the cable, thereby realizing the real extra flexible performance of the
coaxial cable, wherein the minimal bending
radius is 5mm; compared with the
coaxial cable prepared by fluoro-plastics through using a special
processing method, the coaxial cable of the invention has the advantages of simple manufacturing method and low cost; and the coaxial cable of the invention can greatly replace existing semi-flexible and semi-rigid coaxial cables so as to meet the requirements for wide coverage of 3G communication.
