The invention relates to a novel biological scaffold material for bone repair and a preparation method thereof. PLGA and PLA with a mass ratio of 1: 1-10: 1 are dissolved into chloroform, dimethyl sulfoxide, 1, 4-dioxane or a mixed liquid of the 1, 4-dioxane and ultrapure water, and then pearl powder which is subjected to partial or complete deproteinization treatment is added into the obtained product according to the proportion of the PLGA / a PLA mixture to the pearl powder (mass ratio) is 1: 1-10: 1 to obtain forming slurry. A three-dimensional scaffold with high porosity and connectivity rate is designed through a 3D software, and then a low-temperature rapid forming system is utilized to ensure that the three-dimensional scaffold is formed to obtain a scaffold with a microporous structure. An artificial bone biological scaffold material prepared by the method has a three-dimensional scaffold structure that a macroscopic structure has aperture channels with diameters of between 100 and 500mu m and a microstructure has micropores with diameters of between 10 and 20mu m, wherein micron pearl powder is dispersedly distributed on walls of the micropores. The porosity is between 60 and 90 percent, and a macroporous structure is perforated in three directions of X axis, Y axis and Z axis, and has 100 percent of connectivity.

The removal rate of the phosphorous removal adsorbent prepared in the invention is more than 95% and can reach 100% at most, the adsorption capacity can reach more than 240 mg/g,phosphorous-containing waste water with the concentration of below 30 mg/L is treated, and the concentration of phosphorous can reach the first grade emission standard of pollution discharge standardin a municipal sewage treatment plant within one hour.

The method comprises the steps of filling polyphosphazene superfine fiber complex film into a mould with an inner and an outer cylinders to form a roll membrane device; sequentially injecting activating agent solution and lipase solution into the membrane device, and causing the lipase to be chemically fixed on the surface of the superfine fiber film to obtain an enzyme-membrane reactor; and injecting edible glyceride and phosphate buffer respectively into the inner side and the outer side of the superfine fiber film to conduct hydrolysis reaction on the surface of the superfine fiber surface. The reactor can be used for catalyzing the hydrolysis of the glyceride, and for producing diglyceride or monoglyceride edible oil and extracting functional lipid by treating lard or fish oil. The glyceride hydrolyzate accounts for more than 85%. The grease catalyzing and separating biphasic enzyme-membrane reactor is designed by combining efficient biocatalysis and complex film separation, and has the advantages of repeatable use, realized continuous efficient production, reduced cost, saved resource and good development prospect.

When a catalyst in the method is applied in a reaction for preparing gasoline with methyl alcohol as the raw material or methyl alcohol and naphtha as mixed raw materials, the methyl alcohol conversion rate and the oil product yield can be increased, the content of durene is remarkably reduced, and the octane number of the gasoline is increased. Methyl alcohol and naphtha serve as the raw materials to synthesize the gasoline, the heat exchange process is optimized, and the octane number of naphtha and the gasoline yield are increased.
