The invention relates to a high-rise building life line which comprises a suspension arm composed of an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve. An initial speed
limiter and at least one secondary speed
limiter are arranged in the inner sleeve. A
tail trolley is arranged behind the last secondary speed
limiter. The initial speed limiter, the secondary speed limiters and the
tail trolley are sequentially connected in series through the same steel
wire rope. The high-rise building life line is reasonable in structure, and is the only escape device in which the multiple speed limiters are adopted for being connected with the same steel
wire rope in series in China at present, and continuous escaping can be achieved through the high-rise building life line; the occupied space is small, the naked steel
wire rope of 3 mm is used, and when the life line is stored for standby, under the circumstance of the same high limit, the size occupied by the line is only one twenty seventh that of a current descent control device sold in the market; the life line is easy to use, easy to control, low in requirement for users, good in safety, free from maintenance and long in service life, an escaper can autonomously control the life line and
brake the life line in the midway to rescue people in distress in the floor below, and the evacuation speed of the life line is the highest among the current similar products.
