Stratosphere aerostat vector propelling device

The invention provides a simple effective and reliable full-dimension vector propelling device capable of being applied to stratosphere aerostats in various layouts through proceeding from the reality, using the existing propelling technology and combining the work environment of the stratosphere aerostats. In addition, the invention provides a low-cost and low-structure-load stratosphere aerostat ground model machine scaled vector propelling device through using the existing brushless motor and digital steering engine technology and combining the ground test requirements of the stratosphere aerostats. A detailed structure is shown in the accompanying drawing. The device totally consists of three major parts including a propelling device, a vector rotating mechanism and a connecting mechanism, wherein the propelling device provides in-plane thrust, the vector rotating mechanism provides an in-plane steering moment, a connecting part between the propelling device and the vector rotating mechanism is an industrial stage transmission device, an onboard control system respectively sends control signals to the propelling device and the vector rotating mechanism, the propelling device and the vector rotating mechanism respectively carry out rotating speed and vector angle regulation according to the signals, and further, the vector propelling function of the stratosphere aerostats can be realized.

The invention discloses a carbon dioxide heat pump air conditioning system based on solar power generation defrosting, which comprises a solar power system and a carbon dioxide heat pump air conditioning system, wherein the solar power system comprises a solar panel, an electricity storage device, an LED lamp and a defrosting device, wherein the solar energy is utilized to generate electricity, and defrosting and lighting are reasonably distributed through the electricity storage device. The carbon dioxide heat pump air conditioning system comprises an evaporator, a condenser, an expansion valve and a compressor, wherein each of the evaporator and the condenser is provided with a pulsating heat pipe with a communication path, so that the heating effect in winter and the refrigeration effect in summer are strengthened. The carbon dioxide heat pump air conditioning system uses carbon dioxide as a working medium, and has the advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection and low operation cost. Each of the condenser and the evaporator adopts the pulsating heat pipe of a communication structure, and the main breakthroughs in two aspects are as follows: the first is theoptimization of the communication structure of the pulsating heat pipe, so that an effect of strengthening the heat transfer is achieved; and the second is the change of a placement inclination angleof each pulsating heat pipe, so that the complicated and changeable working environment requirements can be met. Therefore, the power consumption of the whole air conditioner can be reduced, the heatexchange efficiency is increased, the energy utilization rate is improved, and the energy conservation and emission reduction are realized.

The invention discloses a sand core with a specific exhaust structure. The sand core with the specific exhaust structure comprises a metal wire framework, a high-temperature-resistant exhaust fiber pipe and a sand layer. The high-temperature-resistant exhaust fiber pipe sleeves on the periphery of the metal wire framework; a pipe wall of the high-temperature-resistant exhaust fiber pipe has breathability; and the sand layer is cured to coat on the periphery of the high-temperature-resistant exhaust fiber pipe. A preparation method of the sand core comprises the steps of forming the metal wireframework; assembling the high-temperature-resistant exhaust fiber pipe; and forming the sand core. According to the sand core with the specific exhaust structure and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention, an exhaust effect of the sand core is improved, the defect caused by a reaction gas on a casting piece is reduced, the quality and the acceptability of the casting piece is remarkably improved, and the production cost is effectively reduced. The high-temperature-resistant exhaust fiber pipe is adopted, and the pipe wall of the high-temperature-resistant exhaust fiber pipehas breathability, so that the exhaust effect is more remarkable, and a high-temperature-resistant performance meets a working environment requirement. The metal wire framework can shape and support the high-temperature-resistant exhaust fiber pipe, so that integral type pre-embedding is realized. The preparation method of the sand core is simple, easy to operate, and suitable for popularization and application.

A vector propulsion device for a stratospheric aerostat

The present invention proceeds from engineering reality, utilizes existing propulsion technology, and combines the working environment of stratospheric aerostats to propose a simple, effective and reliable full-scale vector propulsion device that can be applied to stratospheric aerostats with various layouts. And using the existing brushless motor and digital steering gear technology, combined with the ground test requirements of the stratospheric aerostat, a low-cost, low-structural load scaled vector propulsion device for the ground prototype of the stratospheric aerostat was proposed. See attached drawing for detailed structure. The device is composed of three major parts, including the propulsion device, the vector rotation mechanism and its connecting mechanism. Among them, the propulsion device provides in-plane thrust, and the vector rotation mechanism provides in-plane steering torque. The connecting part between the two is an industrial-grade transmission device. The onboard control system sends control signals to the propulsion device and the vector rotation mechanism respectively, and the two adjust the speed and vector angle respectively according to the signals, so as to realize the vector propulsion function of the stratospheric aerostat.
