The transmitting unit comprisesa power amplifier, which amplifies input signals to the transmitting antenna. The receiving unit comprises 16 low noise amplifiers, which amplify the signals to the beam forming unit. And the beam forming unit comprises an A/D (Analog/Digital) sampling, an amplitude calibration, a phase calibration, and a beam steering calculation. According to the high-resolution river radar device based on thephased array technology, the device solves the technical defects in the prior art that the measurement takes a long time, that the cost is high, and that the risk coefficient is high. The invention provides a radar device with a short measuring time, a low measuring precision, a low cost, and a high safety.
