simulation experiment device for a 
traction motor bearing of a high-speed 
train. By the full-life attenuation 
simulation experiment device, the problem that the 
traction motor bearing of the high-speed 
train lacks of the simulation experiment device is solved. The typical structure configuration of the 
traction motor bearing is simulated, a sealing 
lubrication structure is designed, a load is applied to the bearing by a loading oil cylinder, an experiment load is used for equallyloading according to load borne by the traction motor bearing running under a rated working condition, 
grease lubrication is employed, vibration and temperature 
signal acquisition, recording and 
processing of the experiment bearing are completed by a 
data acquisition system, and 
monitoring and control of the experiment process are achieved by matching of a computer 
system. The lifetime simulationexperiment device which is adjustable in radial and 
axial load, has 
grease lubrication and can be used for simulating structure configuration of the traction motor bearing of the high-speed 
train is given out, so that the experiment bearing structure, the sealing lubrication structure and a product are maintained consistency, and the truth and the accuracy of the acquired life attenuation rule ofthe traction motor bearing are ensured.
