The efficient regulator consists of a regulator I, a regulator II, a regulator III and a regulator IV. The regulator I comprises rice vinegar, water, trace element(s), urea, potassium sulfate and rare earth element(s), wherein the trace element(s) is one or more of zinc sulfate, copper sulfate, sodium borate and calcium carbonate. The regulator II comprises rice vinegar, water, urea, potassium sulfate and rare earth element(s). The regulator III comprises rice vinegar, water, calcium carbonate, urea, potassium sulfate and rare earth element(s). The regulator IV comprises rice vinegar, water, calcium carbonate, trace element(s), potassium sulfate and rare earth element(s), wherein the trace element(s) is one or more of zinc sulfate, copper sulfate and sodium borate. Due to the adoption of the efficient regulator, grapes are pollution-free, hormone-free, large and seedless, and the problems of hazard caused by the adoption of a hormone drug during the current treatment of grape setting enlargement and coloring as well as heavy physical work caused by solution dipping of clusters are solved.
