Hollow coupling reactor

A hollow mutual reactor belongs to reactor devices, and solves the problem that a coupling coefficient of the prior hollow mutual reactor is small. The invention provides a first form comprising mutually independent three-phase reactors, wherein, each phase reactor consists of coupling coils, a patching panel and a supporting insulator; the coupling coils consist of an inside coil and an outside coil with leads in opposite winding directions; a hollow coaxial cylinder is formed by winding; the outside coil winds outside the inside coil; and the inter-turn and the interlayer of the inside and the outside coils are all insulated. The invention further provides a second form comprising mutually independent three-phase reactors, wherein, each phase reactor consists of coupling coils, a patching panel and a supporting insulator. In each phase reactor, two or more coupling coils with different inside diameters are nested in turn with each other from inside to outside to form nesting coils, and the layers of the coupling coils are insulated and have air gaps for heat dissipation. The hollow mutual reactor has the advantages of low noise, good linearity, high mechanical strength, great stability margin, high coupling degree between arms of the mutual reactor, and small leakage reactance.

Probe and ultrasonic scanning method for detecting inner cavity of whole structure of composite material

The invention belongs to nondestructive detection technologies of structures of composite material, and the like, and relates to a probe and an ultrasonic scanning method for detecting an inner cavity of a whole structure of the composite material. The probe comprises an acoustic unit and a scanner, wherein the acoustic unit is positioned in coaxial cylindrical through-holes in middle positions of an upper clamping block and a lower clamping block in the scanner and keeps being in clearance fit with the coaxial cylindrical through-holes. The ultrasonic scanning method comprises the steps that the acoustical unit is placed on the upper clamping block in the scanner and connected with an external ultrasonic detection instrument; a water supply hose is connected with an external water supply loop; water enters from a straight hole of the lower clamping block, is conveyed to a circular groove and then flows along a fine slit between a coupling cavity jacket and the wall of the inner hole of the lower clamping block to the surface of a detected closed vertical wall, so as to form an acoustic wave coupling water film on the surface of the vertical wall; and ultrasonic waves are vertically transmitted to and received by the vertical wall of the closed inner cavity of the detected whole structure through the acoustic unit. By using the ultrasonic scanning method, the ultrasonic scanning stability of the vertical wall of the closed inner cavity is greatly improved and the reliability of a detection result is remarkably increased.

Coaxial cavity dual-band filter based on stepped impedance structure

The invention discloses a coaxial cavity dual-band filter based on a stepped impedance structure. The filter provided by the invention is formed by coupling of several stepped impedance coaxial cavity resonator units. Each stepped impedance coaxial cavity resonator unit is composed of three parts, namely two rod-shaped solid metallic conductors, a tubular metallic wall and a filler. The filler is air and is positioned in a resonant cavity between the tubular metallic wall and the rod-shaped solid metallic conductors. The upper and lower ends of the tubular metallic wall are provided with outer cover plates for sealing the resonant cavity. The several stepped impedance coaxial cavity resonator units are arranged in a linear parallel structure. The two rod-shaped solid metallic conductors are two coaxial cylinders with different diameters and are divided into a lower conductor cylinder and an upper conductor cylinder. The two conductor cylinders are connected in series up and down. The lower conductor cylinder is electrically connected with a feeder line of an input or output port. According to the invention, two passbands are realized by the stepped impedance coaxial cavity resonator units; passband frequency ratio adjustable range is large; the size of the filter is small; and the structure of the filter is simple and reasonable.

Sleeve piston fluid motor

The present invention is a cylindrical linear fluid motor comprising a plurality of reciprocating rotary piston sleeve intermediate an inner coaxial hollow drive shaft and an outer coaxial cylindrical housing. Rotating disc valves at both ends of the sleeve piston control the sequential flow of high-pressure and low-pressure fluid through ports in both the drive shaft and the housing. High-pressure fluid acts on one end of the sleeve piston causing the piston to travel laterally along the drive shaft, with an inner set of roller balls in linear raceways ensuring no rotation between each piston and the drive shaft. The linear motion simultaneously affects exhausting of low-pressure fluid at the other end of the piston. Outer balls are seated in the housing and a sinusoidal circumferential raceway of each piston, to affect rotation in the piston from the lateral motion. As a piston reaches the limit of its linear travel the rotating disc valve on one end closes inlet ports and opens exhaust ports, while another rotating disc valve closes exhaust ports and opens inlet ports at the other end, causing the high-pressure fluid to reverse the piston's lateral direction of movement. The multiple pistons of a motor are rotationally sequenced to create consistent power production throughout 360-degree rotation, of the pistons.
