The invention relates to a
fermentation product prepared by Chinese medicinal materials and
Auricularia Polytricha(Mont)Sacl, a preparation method thereof, a derivative product of the
fermentation product, and application thereof in the fields of
medicine and health-care food. The invention solves the technical problems by providing a novel
fermentation product with functions of activating blood and dissolving stasis, resisting
inflammation and reliving pain, preventing
lipid peroxidation, removing free radicals, enhancing
immunity and promoting
metabolism. Taking the
Auricularia Polytricha(Mont)Sacl as an initial
mycelium, by adding radix salviae miltiorrhizae into a culture medium, a thalli mixture containing the
mycelium and the culture medium is obtained by adopting a
solid fermentation mode. Proved by related pharmacological tests, compared with the radix salviae miltiorrhizae, the
solid fermentation product has the efficacies equal to or higher than the radix salviae miltiorrhizae in the aspect of the functions of activating blood and dissolving stasis, resisting
inflammation and reliving pain, preventing
lipid peroxidation, removing free radicals, enhancing
immunity and promoting
metabolism.
