irrigation pipe flow constant-temperature and constant-pressure blasting test all-in-one
machine and a test method. The device comprises a
water supply unit, a test pipeline unit, an environment
simulation unit, a sensing detection unit, a
control unit and a human-computer
interaction interface, the sensing detection unit comprises a
pressure sensor, a temperature sensor, a
water level sensor, a
humidity sensor, an
ultraviolet intensity sensor and a flow meter; the
control unit adjusts operation of the heater according to detection signals of the temperature sensor. The
humidity sensor and the circulating fan are used for maintaining the
humidity of the test environment to be stabilized in a set range; an
ultraviolet ray intensity sensor is used for realizing an
ultraviolet ray aging acceleration test. According to the invention, through the innovative
control unit, constant-pressure, step-boosting and blasting tests and humidity and ultraviolet environment
simulation tests are organically integrated and intelligently linked, and comprehensive performance and aging tests of the
irrigation pipe in a real outdoor environment can be completed without cooperation of multiple devices, so that the
test efficiency and accuracy are greatly improved; the equipment
investment cost is reduced.
