The invention discloses a 5G 
base station energy storage regulation and control method considering a 
base station communication load state, and belongs to the technical field of 
energy storage charge and discharge control. The method comprises the steps of firstly, analyzing the 
energy storage and communication load state of the 5G 
base station, and determining whether the energy storage of the base 
station can be regulated or not according to the mains supply state, the load state of the base 
station and the energy storage charge-
discharge frequency state; then determining the dispatchable capacity which can be provided for the 
power grid by base 
station energy storage participating in 
power grid collaborative interaction according to the communication 
load capacity of the base station; and finally, establishing a 5G base station energy storage participation 
power grid peak clipping and valley filling model by using the variance of the minimum load curve as an optimization objective function,formulating a 5G base station energy storage regulation and control strategy according to an optimization result, and controlling the base station energy storage to participate in power grid coordination and interaction. The method can stabilize the 
power fluctuation of the power grid, reduce the peak-valley difference and 
delay the upgrading of power grid facilities; and the base station energy storage participates in peak clipping and valley filling of the power grid, and the power utilization cost of an operator can be reduced by utilizing peak-valley arbitrage, so that the mutual benefit and win-win situation of the power grid and the communication operator is achieved on the premise of not influencing the communication 
service quality of the base station and the 5G user experience.
