The invention discloses a quantitative
analysis method for
hydrogen peroxide in wooden cultural relics, and relates to the field of wooden cultural relic protection, analysis and detection. The method comprises the following steps: dividing a wooden cultural relic sample to be detected into a plurality of equally divided samples; differentiated pretreatment is carried out on different equally divided samples, so that the contribution of endogenous
hydrogen peroxide and / or interfering substances in each sample to a final detection
signal shows calculable difference;
hydrogen peroxide is extracted from all the pretreated equally-divided samples, and corresponding extracting solutions are obtained; respectively measuring the apparent content of
hydrogen peroxide in each extracting solution; and calculating the real content of the endogenous
hydrogen peroxide in the wooden cultural relic sample based on the difference between the measured apparent contents. The quantitative
analysis method for the
hydrogen peroxide in the wooden cultural relics can effectively overcome
complex matrix interference of the wooden cultural relics, is easy and convenient to operate and accurate in quantification, does not need complex pretreatment, and meets the cultural relic protection requirements.
