The invention relates to the technical field of high-
voltage cable repair, particularly a high-
voltage cable single-phase dry-packaging
repair method. The
repair method is characterized by comprisingthe following steps of 1) performing earlier stage
processing on a single-phase faulty cable: stripping off a faulty cable outer sheath, reserving a part of steel armor at the two ends of the faulty cable, reserving a part of inner sheath at the two ends of the faulty cable, reserving a part of
copper shielding part at the two ends of the faulty cable, reserving a part of semi-conductive layer atthe two ends of the faulty cable, stripping out a cable wire core, and
cutting the two ends of a main insulating layer to form chamfers; and 2) performing
recovery on the processed faulty cable: performing crimping on the single-phase faulty cable by a
copper connecting
pipe, wrapping the
copper connecting
pipe with a layer of
semiconductor band in a half-overlaying manner, recovering the main insulating part, recovering the
semiconductor, winding the cable by an armored band to recover the outer sheath, and performing high-
voltage holding test and
insulation resistance test on the recovered cable. By virtue of the
repair method, manpower and
material resources are saved, the flexible and rigid cables can be combined more tightly, the service life of the recovered cable can be prolonged, and the cable is more durable.
