Multi-disk clutch

The invention relates to a multi-disk clutch, in particular a two-disk clutch, comprising a counter plate (22), a clutch disk (32) having a first lining ring (28), a second lining ring (30) and an intermediate plate (34). A number of n intermediate plates (34) and a number of n+1 lining rings (28, 30) are provided, wherein the motion of the intermediate plate is coupled to the motion of the pressure plate by means of a coupling mechanism (44) in the axial direction. At least along a partial path between an opening position of the pressure plate corresponding to the open position of the multi-disk clutch and a maximum closing position of the pressure plate corresponding to the closed position of the multi-disk clutch in the event of worn lining rings, a current displacement transmission ratio i(sA) of the axial displacement of the pressure plate to the axial displacement of the intermediate plate furthest from the pressure plate in the axial direction deviates from i(sA) = n+1 in the event of an axial position sA of the pressure plate and / or a current displacement transmission ratio i(sA)j of the axial displacement of the pressure plate to the axial displacement of a j-th intermediate plate deviates from i(sA)j = (n+1 ) / j in the event of an axial position sA of the pressure plate, wherein j is counted from the counter plate in the direction of the pressure plate. By means of the displacement transmission ratio of the coupling mechanism deviating from n+1, the multi-disk clutch can be easily adapted to differently dimensioned lining rings and / or different intended operating modes such that the transmission of a particularly high torque is made possible for different designs of a motor vehicle drive train by means of a friction clutch.

Direct printing machine and method for printing on containers by means of direct printing

The invention relates to a direct printing machine and a method for printing on containers by means of direct printing. The direct printing machine (1) comprises: a conveyor (3) for conveying a container (2); a plurality of direct printing modules (50, 50', 50") incorporated on the conveyor for printing on the container by means of direct printing (2a, 2b); and an adjustment unit (6) for adjustingthe direct printing modules relative to the container to be printed, wherein the adjustment unit is configured with drives (64) for swinging the respective direct printing modules around a swing axis(S) to match the longitudinal profile (C) of the container, wherein, the direct printing modules each exchangeable as a unit, and wherein, the direct printing modules are each constructed in two parts with a rotary hinge (53) in the middle thereof, such that a print head component (51) having at least one direct print head (58) is swung about the swing axis with respect to an interface component(52) coupled to an ink supply system.
