The invention relates to the improvement of a fire extinguishing bomb and a launcher taking compressed air as launching power. The fire extinguishing bomb and the launcher after improvement are characterized in that the fire extinguishing bomb is provided with a numerical control electrical fuze, the numerical control electrical fuze is provided with a microcontroller, a receiving antenna or an optical receiver, the fire extinguishing bomb can receive a program in a wireless manner, the launcher is provided with a communication device which can be in wireless communication with the fire extinguishing bomb, and after the fire extinguishing bomb is programmed, the program is started while the launcher emits a launch command, or after the fire extinguishing bomb is launched, a magnet is usedfor starting a countdown program when the fire extinguishing bomb passes through a launcher launch nozzle. In the detailed description of the invention, the fire extinguishing bomb is characterized inthat a bomb housing, an inner plug, and an empennage are made of a polymer material, and the empennage is a grid-type empennage in a combined form; the fire extinguishing bomb is programmed and immediately launched through wireless in the launcher; a coil on the numerical control electrical fuse is excited by the magnet at the launching nozzle; and a structure of a transmitting antenna or an optical communication assembly of the launcher is a fully integrated hand-held controller structure. The explosion of the fire extinguishing bomb over the fire field can be controlled after improvement.
