The invention relates to the
environmental protection field, in particular to a
flue gas dedusting filter bag. A
filter material for preparation of the filter bag has a double-layer structure. The
filter material comprises an outer filter cloth, an inner filter cloth and connecting lines connecting the inner filter cloth and the outer filter cloth. The inner filter cloth serves as a dust-ward layer, and includes a base cloth layer and a
fiber mesh layer. The base cloth layer has a negative Poisson's ratio, and the
fiber mesh layer is compounded on the base cloth layer by needle
punching technology. The filter bag provided by the invention has a double-layer structure, not only makes full use of the pressure of
flue gas itself, but also increases the filtering efficiency. The base cloth layer of the
filter material for preparation of the filter bag has a negative Poisson's ratio, can protect the primary dust from being destroyed as far as possible while fully cleaning secondary dust. Atthe same time, during ash cleaning, secondary dust can be fully cleaned up under the circumstance of small flap force. In addition, the filter bag provided by the invention has the advantages of simple making process, high production efficiency, and convenience for
mass industrial production, etc.
