The invention relates to an audio and video signal transmission conduction wire which comprises an inner conductor, and a PE (Polyethylene) insulation layer, a composite shielding layer and a PE outer sheath layer that are layered and covered from inside to outside, beginning from the inner conductor, wherein the PE insulation layer, the composite shielding layer and the PE outer sheath layer that are layered and covered from the inside to the outside are formed by once injection moulding via a multilayer coextrusion production technology; the composite shielding layer is mixed by and comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of polyvinyl resin, 10-20 parts of PE flexibilizer, 20-40 parts of metallic coating graphite powder, 10-20 parts of electromagnetic powder, 2-5 parts of stabilizing agent having an acid absorbing effect, 2-3 parts of PE lubricating agent, 1-3 parts of PE modifying agent or 1-3 parts of elastomer, and 10-30 parts of PE synthetizing agent. The wire has an excellent conduction shielding effect, is tasteless and nontoxic, and has the advantages that the wire is light in weight, low in cost and corrosion-resistant, copper products and energy consumption can be saved, and production equipment is simpler.
