The invention discloses a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) thin film. The PTFE thin film is prepared from components in a raw material formula in parts by weight as follows: 75-95 parts of PTFE, 15-18 parts of polyacrylamide, 7-10 parts of calcium carbonate, 2-3 parts of glass fibers, 3-5 parts of talcum powder, 1-2 parts of silicon dioxide, 1-2 parts of carbon black, 6-8 parts of polyurethane and 13-15 parts of polyimide. With the adoption of the formula with the reasonable ratio, further, new components including the glass fibers, the talcum powder, silicon dioxide, carbon black, polyurethane,polyimide and the like are added to the raw material formula, the ratio of the components is reasonably defined, so that by the aid of the ingenious component ratio, not only is integration of the components greatly improved, but also performance of the components is unexpectedly improved, finally, a product has the advantages of being good in resistance to heat, acid and base, resistant to wear,light, non-toxic, odor-free and the like, and stretching capacity, heat conductivity, corrosion resistance and smoothness of the product are improved dramatically.
