A layered control structure is adopted; an upper-layer controller performs combined control on a driving lateral inclination moment and differentiated braking based on a slip-form variable-structure method; a lateral inclination angle is selected as a main reference index for anti-rollover control; difference between an ideal lateral inclination angle and a real lateral inclination angle and difference between an ideal horizontal swinging angle and a real horizontal swinging angle are adopted as inputs; the driving lateral inclination moment and a differentiated braking rotation torque value are output; a middle-layer controller realizes reasonable distribution of the driving lateral inclination moment among each hanging rack execution mechanisms based on an effective set method; finally, a lower-layer controller performs driving anti-slipping control special for a wheel slipping condition which can be caused by middle-layer control; and negative influence to wheel longitudinal stress caused by vehicle force change is eliminated. By adopting the layered control structure, advantages of two anti-rollover methods can be fully exerted; and meanwhile, the driving stability of the vehicle can be further improved by combining with vehicle anti-slipping control.

Diagonal connection oil ways of coaxial actuator hydraulic cylinder cavities can be controlled to be opened and closed through a manner switching valve. The two-manner switchable active control suspension can be switched between the first manner and the second manner. When the lateral acceleration borne by an automobile is lower than a threshold value, the manner switching valve is closed, the oil ways through which the cavities of the left hydraulic cylinder and the right hydraulic cylinder are connected in the diagonal manner are cut off, electronic control hydraulic servo valves independently work at the same time and independently control operation force output, and the two-manner switchable active control suspension enters the active suspension control manner so that comfort can be improved; when the lateral acceleration reaches the threshold value, the manner switching valve is opened, the upper cavities and the lower cavities of the left hydraulic cylinder and the right hydraulic cylinder are interconnected in a crossed manner, and the two-manner switchable active control suspension enters the active interconnected suspension manner. The coaxial suspension can work through the electronic control hydraulic servo valve on only one side, and therefore the anti-roll performance is improved.
