The invention discloses a manufacturing method for a composite steel
pipe through
laser manufacturing. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that S1, material is selected, wherein
material selection is not limited by chemical components and the specification of the material; S2, pretreatment is conducted, and specifically,
rust on the surface is removed through an electric
grinding machine or in a shot blasting derusting mode; S3, after the material is located at a
machining position, cleaning is carried out again, and oil stains on the surface are cleared thoroughly; S4, a
surface coating is manufactured; S5, the surface of the
coating is treated and cleaned; S6, the
coating is inspected; and S7, defects are repaired. According to the manufacturing method, the pretreatment step is added before the
surface coating manufacturing step so that the oil stains on the surface can be cleared thoroughly, then the
rust on the surface is ground through the electric
grinding machine or a shot blasting derusting method and other methods, then a
coating material is cladded on the surface through a
laser cladding technology, and therefore the
composite coating is achieved, the capabilities such as
corrosion resistance,
wear resistance, high
temperature resistance and the like, of an original steel
pipe in a certain aspect are improved through the
composite coating.
