The system comprises a module for obtaining pressure sensing data and judging whether a pingpong ball collides with a table or not, a module for reading historical data and extracting the number of times that the pingpong ball is collided with a racket and collision moments, a module for judging whether the number of times that the pingpong ball is collided with the racket and the collision moments accord with effective ball serving features or not, and a module for judging whether the number of the racket collided with the pingpong ball accords with the effective ball serving features or not. Pressure sensors are distributed on the surface of thepingpong table and on the surface of the racket to obtain the pressure sensing data, then the pressure sensing data is sent to a server, and the server recognizes effective ball serving according toan effective ball serving rule during the pingpong competition. The system solves the problem that a pingpong sport system based on the internet of things cannot simply and effectively recognize effective ball serving during the pingpong competition.
