The invention relates to the field of industrial desulfuration, in particular to a GGH (gas-
gas heater)
heating system capable of preventing wet
smoke from corroding and blocking a pipeline and an application method.
Smoke generated from
combustion of a
coal boiler is delivered by an induced draft fan, and large-particle impurities in the
smoke are adsorbed by a dust remover. The wet
smoke entersa
demister after passing through a desulfuration device. The
demister comprises a maze-type mist removing device and an electric-capture mist removing device, and large liquid-phase
gypsum in the wetsmoke is captured and removed. Only dispersed-phase
gypsum drops are left in the wet smoke processed by the
demister. Instantaneous
heat transfer and
mass transfer are realized through
rapid mixing ofcold smoke and hot smoke, the dispersed-phase
gypsum drops of the wet smoke are evaporated rapidly, the contents of the liquid-phase gypsum and the dispersed-phase gypsum drops in the smoke are reduced, blocking and
corrosion probability is reduced greatly during later
discharge, and accordingly, the problems of frequent
corrosion and blockage of GGHs, high equipment operation cost and short equipment
operation time due to prevalent high smoke operation pressure in GGH systems are solved.
