According to the efficient parallel flow heat exchanger, the multiple flat pipes are arranged, the cooling pipes are installed inside the flat pipes, the heat dissipation fins are installed below the flat pipes and are of a corrugated shape, and therefore heat of airflow in the flat pipes can be dissipated well and stably, and the heat dissipation effect is good; and the cooling pipes are uniformly distributed inside the flat pipes and are installed in symmetry relative to the concentrated flow pipes, the airflow in the flat pipes can be uniformly cooled, and therefore the cooling effect is good, and the heat exchange efficiency is high.
