The invention discloses a continuous-
casting casting powder comprehensive
heat transfer heat flow testing method, which includes the following steps: melting, keeping the heat and
continuous casting the
casting powder in induction furnaces through a carbon
crucible, enabling ingredients and temperature of the casting
powder to be uniform and accordant; pouring the molten casting powder in a
copper base, performing liquid protection and quick cooling the casting powder in the
copper base, so as to form a subtransparent vitreous casting power film; pouring out and sending the casting power film to a heat preserving furnace for
thermal insulation, performing
stress relieving and annealing, taking out and cooling the casting power film, so as to prepare an experimental used powder film; and cautiously placing the experimental used powder film in a
copper mould of a testing
system, adjusting the experimental position of the copper mould in place, starting a power supply for experiment execution, during the experiment, collecting temperature data at different positions in the copper mould through a
thermocouple sensor inserted in the copper mould, and calculating out the
heat transfer flow passing by the casting
slag through a computer in a real-time manner. Through the adoption of the method provided by the invention, temperature of a blank housing can be accurately controlled, the precision for testing the horizontal comprehensive
heat transfer heat flow data of the casting powder is high, test pieces can be prepared conveniently, stably and reliably, and the manufacturing cost is low.
