The invention discloses a multifunctional
catalytic membrane material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of
nanofiltration catalysis. The multifunctional
nanofiltration catalytic membrane is prepared by the following method: carrying out electrostatic
spinning by taking a
nanofiltration membrane as a substrate and taking a DMF (
Dimethyl Formamide) solution containing an MOF derivative,
carbon black and
polyacrylonitrile as
electrospinning feed liquid, so as to obtain the multifunctional nanofiltration
catalytic membrane. According to the invention, catalytic
active components are fixed on the surface of the nanofiltration membrane substrate in a nano-scale
fiber structure by utilizing an electrostatic
spinning technology, so that self-
assembly of the catalytic components can be realized, uniform distribution of electrocatalytic active sites on the
membrane surface is ensured,
mass transfer resistance can be reduced by virtue of controllable nano-
fiber structural characteristics, and the
membrane surface electrocatalytic activity is improved. The water molecule
mass transfer
permeation and
pollutant screening process is promoted, and the nanofiltration separation efficiency is improved, so that the method has a relatively good application prospect in the technical field of nanofiltration.
