isolator, a meshing spring and a drive gear, one end of the shifting fork is arranged at the front end of a movable iron core, one end of the
isolator is connected with the motor, the meshing spring is arranged on the
isolator and matched with the other end of the shifting fork, and the other end of the isolator is provided with the drive gear. According to the invention, the gear
processing time is shortened, and the
heating time of an electromagnetic switch coil is reduced, thereby preventing the coil from being burnt out; a fault that the coil is damaged through burning or a
commutator is indirectly thrown away because the gear and a
flywheel ring gear are mutually deadlocked is avoided; the meshing spring is large in pressure and long in fatigue life, and does not have a gear milling phenomenon; the structure is simple, the manufacturability is easy to implement, and typical faults of the existing heavy
truck starters are effectively eliminated; and the increase amplitude of cost is very small, and the influence of the increase amplitude of cost on the
total price of products almost can be negligible, thereby reducing the late-stage after-sale cost and improving benefits.
