The invention relates to a device and method for testing the dynamic sound tightness of a closure member of a whole vehicle, and the device consists of an air leakage testing system and a supersonic detection system. The air leakage testing system comprises a fan, an air supply flexible pipe, a connecting plate, a silicone tube, and a micromanometer, wherein the fan, the air supply flexible pipe, the connecting plate, the silicone tube and the micromanometer are connected sequentially. The supersonic detection system comprises a supersonic signal generator, a supersonic detector, and a flexible detector. After the air leakage testing system is connected with a to-be-tested vehicle, the air leakage testing system supplies air to the vehicle quantitatively and enables the pressure on the surface of the closure member to reach a specified value. At this moment, a sealing strip of the closure member of the whole vehicle is in a dynamic sealing state, and then the supersonic detection system detects the supersonic leakage of the closure member of the whole vehicle and evaluates the dynamic sealing effect. The device is easy to implement, is low in cost, is simple in test conditions, and is good in result repeatability.
