relay; a comparison and judgment module, configured to compare a first
voltage signal and a second
voltage signal and output a first
phase difference judgment
signal when the first
relay is closed; or, to compare the first
voltage signal and the second voltage signal and output a second
phase difference judgment signal when the second relay is closed; and a driving module, configured to drive the first relay to close and the second relay to open when the first
phase difference judgment signal indicates that there is no phase difference; drive the second relay to close and the first relay to open when the first phase difference judgment signal indicates that there is a phase difference; or, drive the second relay to close and the first relay to open when the second phase difference judgment signal indicates that there is no phase difference; and drive the first relay to close and the second relay to open when the second phase difference judgment signal indicates that there is a phase difference.
