The invention provides a transparent ultraviolet sterilization paint. The paint comprises, by weight, 0.05-0.15% of trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 0.05-0.15% of nanometer titanium phosphate, 10-16% of novolac epoxy resin, 0.5-1.5% of oily nanometer titanium dioxide, 0.5-1.5% of nanometer negative ion powder, 0.001-0.004% of an antifoaming agent, 0.001-0.004% of a silane coupling agent, 0.001-0.004% of dibutyltin dilaurate, 0.01-0.04% of polyacrylate, and the balance water, wherein the antifoaming agent is YL-109; and the granularity of the oily nanometer zinc oxide is 10-35nm. The paint of the invention, which is nontoxic, odorless, safe and environmentally friendly, can generate a photocatalytic reaction like photosynthesis under the light irradiation and generate free hydroxyl radicals and active oxygen with extremely strong oxidation capabilities, so the paint which has a very strong photoredox function can oxidize-decompose various organic compounds and partial inorganic substances, destroy cell membranes of bacteria, cure proteins of viruses, kill the bacteria, decompose organic pollutants, and decompose the organic pollutants into pollution-free water (H2O) and carbon dioxide (CO2), thereby the paint has extremely strong sterilization, deodorizing, mildew resisting, antifouling, self-cleaning, and air purifying functions. The paint can efficiently, rapidly and lastingly purify air.
